Full-Scale Layout Drawing
On pages 213, 215, 217, 219, 221, 223, 225 and 227 of the Build Guide, you will find the full-scale layout drawing for construction of the bridge. To use the layout drawing, you will need to assemble it, by pasting or taping together these eight pages—labeled Sheet 1 through Sheet 8. Use the diagram below as a guide for the position of each sheet. The large dashed lines on each page are “match lines.” They show precisely where each sheet should line up with the adjacent sheets.
You will build the bridge directly on top of this layout drawing. Assemble the sheets with care! If they are not precisely aligned, the size and shape of your main trusses will be incorrect, and the bridge may not carry its prescribed load as a result.
