Think About It If a teacher's energy is focused on discipline, that teacher has less energy to dedicate to creating and implementing great learning environments. When a class is well behaved, the teacher and the students are more likely to develop mutual trust. The teacher and the students are more likely to have high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Mutual trust and a high energy level make it possible, and more likely, for the teacher to take risks in creating super exciting and dynamic learning environments.
