Team TT
ILP Project
  • Seminars are complete. I will be sending home assessments of the presentations over the next few days.
  • The students have developed 3 research questions. On Wednesday, they will be choosing one of the questions to begin developing into a more formal research question that will guide their research and experimentation.
  • We will be having an open book quiz next week. This quiz will be based upon the information that was presented during the seminars. If the students did a good job of taking notes, they will not need to study.
What is Due and When
  • Nothing is currently due.

ELA (hours 1 and 2)

The students will be spending the next three days working on illustrations for their children's stories.
A complete rough draft of the children's story, in digital form, is due on Monday, October 22. At that point, I will review the stories and make recommendations for revisions. Once given back with recommendations, the students will have one week to create the final version of the story. The final version can take any form the student wants. It can be an eBook, paperback, hardback, or any other creative idea that is super cool and professional. We will talk about ideas for the final copy when I give back the rough drafts.

In the meantime, beginning next Monday, we will move on to our next book... Lord of the Flies.
