Forming Your Company
At this point in the project, you need to form companies that will be responsible for designing and building one carnival amusement. Each company must write a Company Overview Report prior to beginning the design process.

Company Overview Report Requirements
- Company Overview - Please include the company name, company logo, and company employees.
- Employee Titles and Responsibilities - Although all company employees will be involved in all aspects of the design and construction of your carnival amusement, each employee will be responsible for managing a specific aspect of the project. Please state who will take on the following roles and responsibilities. Also state why that person was selected for that position. What special skills, knowledge, or attributes does the person bring to the management position?
Each member of the company must have a management responsibility. An employee may have more than one position if necessary. It is important to note that a manager does not do all of the work for his or her particular part of the design and construction. A manager is responsible for assigning and organizing tasks, reviewing and assessing employee work, maintaining a work schedule, and contributing to the daily progress report.- Project Manager - Oversees all other project managers, runs company meetings, oversees writing of the daily progress report, other duties as assigned.
- Design Manager - Responsible for seeing that all drawings and blueprints meet all requirements and are done on time, other duties as assigned.
- Presentation Manager - Responsible for seeing that all aspects of the carnival amusement, including any necessary presentations, are completed and meet the requirements, other duties as assigned
- Construction Manager - Responsible for seeing that all construction is completed on time and that the final amusement meets all design requirements, other duties as assigned
- Materials Manager - Responsible for seeing that the team has all the necessary tools, equipment, and materials, other duties as assigned.
